Job summary

DHL eCommerce Malaysia is seeking a Central Hub Team Leader to oversee inbound operations at the depot, ensuring timely, accurate and profitable delivery of shipments. The role focuses on managing staff, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining SOP adherence to drive performance.

Responsibilities include supervising parcel inbound/outbound, planning sortation and manpower, coaching staff, and ensuring safe handling of shipments. Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years operations experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Good knowledge of courier / express shipment management.
• People management experience as a team leader or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate, discuss and communicate effectively with depot staff.
• Assist to keep performance and meet targets.
• Problem solving and improvement of inbound operations.
• Manage parcel inbound and outbound processes.
• Plan sortation processes and manpower requirements.
• Train and develop staff and ensure SOP adherence.
