Responsibilities

• Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Manage staff, subcontractors and part-time workers.
• Stand as a hub manager when required.
• Handle cash-on-delivery and banking daily.
• Coordinate with customer service to fulfill requests.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and procedures.
• Control inventory and safeguard shipments from loss or damage.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by supervisor.
