Job summary

Ninja Van, a technology-driven regional logistics leader, seeks a dedicated hub operations professional in Malaysia. You will track shipments from pickup through delivery, coordinate staff and subcontractors, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 2 years of work experience in logistics/supply chain or related field.
• Senior Executive level preferred in logistics/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Manage staff, subcontractors and part-timers to ensure tasks are completed.
• Serve as hub manager when required.
• Handle cash on delivery money and bank daily.
• Collaborate with customer service to fulfill client requests.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes.
• Control inventory to minimise missing or damaged parcels.
• Adhere to Quality Management System, OH&S and related GDPMD programs.

Responsibilities

• Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
• Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely
• Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
• Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
• Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
• Any other task instructed by superior

• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

RM2,500 - RM2,800 a month
