Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an HSE Executive to implement and monitor the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental management system in line with regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and coordinating emergency drills while promoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across all departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field with DOSH registration.
• 2–3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or construction.
• Registered SHO/Green Book is an advantage.
• Must hold SSS registration 3 years and above.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMA, Environmental Quality Act, and Malaysian regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Organize HSE induction, toolbox talks, and safety trainings.
• Monitor PPE compliance and safety equipment availability.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and permits.
• Liaise with authorities, auditors, customers, and external agencies on HSE matters.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Monitor waste management and environmental compliance.
• Track HSE KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Promote positive safety culture and continuous improvement across departments

The HSE Executive is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the company's Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) management system to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. The role promotes a safe and healthy workplace while minimizing environmental impact through proactive risk management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the company's HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Environmental, and legal requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and environmental monitoring.
• Perform Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC/JSA/JHA).
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate emergency response drills, fire drills, and evacuation exercises.
• Organize HSE induction, toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor PPE compliance and ensure adequate safety equipment is available.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, reports, permits, and statutory submissions.
• Liaise with government authorities, auditors, customers, and external agencies on HSE matters.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, including internal and external audits.
• Monitor waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental compliance where applicable.
• Track HSE KPIs and prepare monthly HSE performance reports for management.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field with DOSH registered.
