Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an HSE Executive to implement and monitor the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental management system in line with regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and coordinating emergency drills while promoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across all departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field with DOSH registration.
• 2–3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or construction.
• Registered SHO/Green Book is an advantage.
• Must hold SSS registration 3 years and above.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMA, Environmental Quality Act, and Malaysian regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSH, Environmental, and legal requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and environmental monitoring.
• Perform HIRARC/JSA/JHA.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency drills and evacuation exercises.
• Organize HSE induction, toolbox talks, and safety trainings.
• Monitor PPE compliance and safety equipment availability.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and permits.
• Liaise with authorities, auditors, customers, and external agencies on HSE matters.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Monitor waste management and environmental compliance.
• Track HSE KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Promote positive safety culture and continuous improvement across departments
