Job summary

Nippon Express (M) Sdn Bhd in Sepang invites an experienced HSE professional to lead and oversee HSE management at ACD KLIA, ensuring a safe, compliant and resilient workplace across warehouse and distribution operations.

You will provide guidance to management and HODs, drive risk controls, monitor ISO 45001/14001/9001 alignment, and foster a proactive safety culture through training, audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering or related discipline.
• DOSH Green Book / Registered Safety & Health Officer is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years' HSE experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian OSH legislation and ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.
• Practical experience in HIRARC, incident investigation, PTW, ERT and HSE audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HSE governance and compliance across ACD KLIA operations.
• Develop and implement risk controls, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate Safety & Health Committee activities and emergency preparedness.
• Assist audits, inspections, NCRs and CAPA tracking for timely closure.
• Drive annual SHE training plan and safety culture initiatives.
• Support HSE improvement projects and liaise with management and operations.
