Nippon Express (M) Sdn Bhd in Sepang invites an experienced HSE professional to lead and oversee HSE management at ACD KLIA, ensuring a safe, compliant and resilient workplace across warehouse and distribution operations.
You will provide guidance to management and HODs, drive risk controls, monitor ISO 45001/14001/9001 alignment, and foster a proactive safety culture through training, audits and corrective actions.
Lead and oversee HSE management at ACD KLIA, ensuring a safe, compliant and resilient workplace. The role provides professional HSE guidance to management and HODs, drives effective risk controls, ensures regulatory and ISO compliance, and promotes a strong safety culture across warehouse and distribution operations.
Manage and ensure effective implementation of the OHSMS at ACD KLIA.
Advise management and HODs on HSE requirements, regulatory compliance, risk controls and continual improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal, corporate and ISO requirements.
Ensure HIRARC is developed, reviewed and effectively implemented across departments.
Monitor workplace safety, Fire & Life Safety systems and operational risk controls.
Support incident investigation and corrective action implementation.
Coordinate and administer the ACD KLIA Safety & Health Committee, including meetings, minutes and action tracking.
Support Emergency Response Team readiness, emergency drills and response arrangements.
Coordinate internal, certification, customer and regulatory audits and inspections.
Monitor NCRs, observations and CAPA to ensure timely and effective closure.
Provide HSE performance and compliance reporting to site, regional and Corporate HSE management.
Develop and implement the annual SHE Training Plan.
Conduct and coordinate safety induction, training, toolbox briefings and awareness programmes.
Monitor competency and training effectiveness while promoting a proactive safety culture.
Support HSE improvement projects and initiatives as required.
Perform other HSE-related duties and assignments as directed by management.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering or related discipline.
DOSH Green Book / Registered Safety & Health Officer is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years' HSE experience, preferably in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or industrial operations.
Good knowledge of Malaysian OSH legislation and ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Practical experience in HIRARC, incident investigation, PTW, ERT and HSE audits.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and reporting skills.
Able to work independently and effectively with management and operational teams.
