Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an EHS Warehouse Engineer to support and improve safety, health, and environmental standards across our warehouse operations.

You will monitor compliance, conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits; identify hazards; lead training; support environmental activities; and collaborate with Warehouse and Engineering teams to enhance safety and efficiency while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, EHS, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in EHS, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• EHS/WSH-related certification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Support warehouse safety programs, including forklift, racking, material handling, PPE, and emergency response.
• Conduct EHS training and safety awareness programs for employees.
• Support environmental activities such as waste management and chemical handling.
• Work with Warehouse and Engineering teams to improve workplace safety and operational efficiency.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation.
