Overview of Position
The HR Service Specialist will be responsible for working with the Regional Services Hubs, employees, and HR Systems to provide EMEA payroll input management, Success Factor Time, customer service, and operational support on an array of back‑end HR related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and prepare payroll input for the payroll vendor for payroll processing.
- Execute time management activities in Success Factor to ensure employees are paid correctly per time data.
- Process payroll input in accordance with established processes and compliance controls.
- Perform analytical reviews of payroll input transactions to identify errors and drive compliance with HR/Payroll guidelines.
- Prepare and submit various payroll input related reports as per scheduled timelines.
- Ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities related to payroll input administration and processing.
- Perform some of the Site HR and COE administrative tasks.
- Attend to queries related to payroll and time processing activities and matters.
- Provide second‑line support within the HR Service Center for HR customers seeking support in the Payroll Input and Success Factor Time domain, requiring significant subject‑matter expertise.
- Guide HR stakeholders on queries regarding the Success Factor Time and Payroll Input processes.
- Log and monitor requests and inquiries raised to HRSC and inform requesters of request status.
- Identify potential improvements in processes and continue working on enhancing the efficiency of the service delivery model.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience handling EMEA payroll input processes.
- Familiarity with the company’s HR and Payroll policies and procedures for EMEA countries.
- Understanding of the functional architecture of Success Factor HR system to perform research and resolve basic and complex issues related to time data.
- Experience creating and executing test scripts to confirm system changes and escalating issues and defects.
- Experience working in IT, Human Resources, Payroll and/or HR‑related service functions.
- Meticulous and detail‑oriented.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong security and confidentiality practices.
- Excellent time management and work prioritization; ability to multi‑task.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and successfully through a variety of channels.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- Adaptive problem‑solving, applying new methods and concepts to the Service Center (e.g., new processes and/or technical solutions).
- Strong process and procedure orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer‑focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people; able to work effectively within a team.
