Job summary

PeopleQuest Malaysia is seeking an entry-level IT/HRMS support professional to provide first- and second-level assistance for the PeopleQuest HRMS platform. You will help customers via phone, email, and on-site visits, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver fixes.

You will be involved in testing, training material preparation, user training, and UAT support, with opportunities for project implementation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; internship/part-time experience in relevant areas adds advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; keen to learn HRMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of software testing, UAT, system implementation, databases, or SQL beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support customers, conduct user training, and work with internal teams.
• Customer-focused, patient, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on issues.
• Good English; Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Willing to learn and develop knowledge of the PeopleQuest HRMS platform; able to work independently and in a team; willing to travel or provide on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level application and technical support for the PeopleQuest HRMS platform via phone, email, remote connection, and on-site visits as required.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer incidents within SLAs; document, track, and close cases.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development to reproduce issues, identify root causes, and deliver fixes or workarounds.
• Conduct functional, regression, and ongoing testing for releases and patches; provide feedback for product improvement.
• Assist with project implementation including training materials, user training, UAT support, and parallel runs.
• Guide customers on system functionality, configurations, and best practices.
• Maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, test cases, and knowledge-base articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes, software quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationships.
