Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship/part-time experience in related areas is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an interest in HRMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of software testing, UAT, system implementation, databases or SQL would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer support and internal collaboration.
• Customer-focused, patient, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on issues.
• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level application and technical support for the PeopleQuest HRMS platform via phone, email, remote connection, and on-site visits when required.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer incidents within service levels, documenting all cases.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development to reproduce issues and deliver fixes or workarounds.
• Conduct functional/regression testing for releases and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Assist with project implementation, including training materials and user testing.
• Guide customers on system functionality and best practices.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge-base articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and client relationships.
