Job summary

JAC Recruitment International seeks an Integration Consultant / Technical Consultant to drive ERP/HRIS integration projects across regional clients. You will gather requirements, design integrations, implement API and middleware solutions, and perform data migration and testing.

Responsibilities include client engagement, SIT/UAT participation, and post go-live support, with emphasis on delivering scalable, interoperable HRMS ecosystem integrations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL Server preferred).
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Exposure to middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Design, develop, and test system-to-system integrations (API-based, middleware, or flat-file).
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Use Postman to test API endpoints, inspect responses, and support integration troubleshooting.
• Document integration specifications, data mappings, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants through the lifecycle.
• Participate in SIT and UAT, including test case prep, execution, and defect tracking.
• Manage integration tasks via Jira/Confluence and ensure quality/delivery timelines.
• Provide hypercare and post-implementation support for integration issues.
