Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new enterprise customer growth across HRMS, payroll solutions, and Employer of Record services. You will target CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs, and procurement teams to expand strategic accounts and close multi-year deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IT or related field.
• 5–8 years enterprise B2B sales in HR tech or related HR tech solutions.
• Proven record of acquiring new enterprise accounts in Malaysia.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling enterprise RFPs, negotiations and closures.
• Ability to collaborate with regional/global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with focus on new customer growth and revenue.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers in Malaysia.
• Drive opportunities for HRMS, Global Payroll, Payroll Outsourcing, and EOR.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet targets.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Engage senior decision makers (CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs, procurement).
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs with internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline via prospecting and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reports in CRM.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities in HR tech.
• Support cross-border opportunities with regional teams.
