Job summary

Visual Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a HRMS implementation specialist to deploy the FlexHR system, including ESS and HRSS modules, at multiple customer sites in Malaysia. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, migrate data, and conduct comprehensive end‑user trainings while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office and SQL skills, and the ability to travel to customer offices across KL, JB and PG.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have formal education in CS/IT/HR related study.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with a relevant degree.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Implement FlexHR HRMS, ESS & HRSS modules at customer sites.
• Engage in all project stages: installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Configure system per customer requirements and ensure alignment with agreed scope.
• Validate and migrate data, ensuring accuracy during transition to FlexHR.
• Conduct train‑the‑trainer and end‑user trainings for knowledge transfer.
• Lead UAT, parallel runs, and support during go‑live.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with system releases and market knowledge for continuous improvement.
