Job summary

Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an HRIS support specialist to assist with system configuration, data migration, and daily HRIS administration in Kulai, Malaysia.

The role requires coordinating with HQ, IT, and vendors, providing first-level user support, helping with reporting and training, and ensuring data privacy and compliance. Contract duration is 3 months to 1 year with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HRIS/HR experience.
• Experience with iFlexi and/or Workday is an advantage.
• Contract minimum 3 months up to 1 year.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle HR data confidentially.
• Experience supporting HRIS projects or system implementation is an added advantage.
