Job summary

Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kulai is seeking a Senior Procurement Associate to manage purchase orders, ensure correct lead times and prices, and follow up on delivery dates.

The role includes PO creation/adjustment/cancellation based on MRP demand, maintaining PO delivery date processes, managing POs with ECR/ECN/ECO, and MOQ escalation. Strong supplier relations and inventory control are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain.
• Experience in PCBA electronic component purchasing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Outlook.
• Good communication and material chasing skills.
• Familiar with purchasing operation flow.

Responsibilities

• Release purchase orders based on right lead time and unit price to suppliers with delivery date follow-up and confirmation.
• Create, adjust or cancel purchase orders based on MRP demand.
• Maintain or update PO Delivery Date Change Process.
• Manage POs when PN have ECR, ECN, ECO.
• Involve in MOQ PO escalation process.
• Handle salvage (DOA/RMA) issues.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance monthly.

Job description

Senior Procurement Associate is responsible to release purchase order based on the right lead time and unit price to supplier which including delivery date follow-up and confirmation.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Responsible to create, adjust or cancel purchase order based on MRP demand

Maintain or update PO Delivery Date Change Process.

Responsible for PO management when PN have ECR, ECN, ECO

Involvement in MOQ PO Escalation process

Salvage (DOA/RMA) solving.

Maintain good supplier relationship and monthly evaluate supplier performance.

Inventory control to avoid PO and material excess.

Requirement for this position:

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain. Prefer with experience in PCBA electronic component purchase skill and knowledge.

Microsoft Office, SAP, Outlook, communication skill, material chasing skill, and purchasing operation flow.

Advantage to candidate who have experience working in Electrical & Electronic; PCBA industry.
