EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations across 58 Factory operations in Kedah.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full‑spectrum HR experience in manufacturing, fluent in Chinese, English and Malay, and a proven ability to build talent development systems, implement policies, and foster a cohesive culture.
1. Department Business Implementation & Management
Ensure proper execution of departmental business within 58 Factory's scope, ensuring the team works effectively and compliantly.
Organization Management – Build and dynamically optimize departmental structures aligned with group and factory strategy; develop and improve the three-tier position management system (grade, title, and function).
Talent Development & Culture – Establish talent training systems and career planning frameworks; implement organizational culture programs to enhance team cohesion.
Recruitment & Staffing – Analyze organizational needs, optimize recruitment processes, fulfill headcount demands, and control recruitment costs.
Compensation, Performance & Employee Relations – Enforce group compensation policy, monitor compliance, analyze labor costs, build performance appraisal and incentive systems, organize employee care activities, reduce core talent turnover, maintain harmonious labor relations, and oversee personnel operations (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and appointments).
2. Recruitment
Develop recruitment plans based on departmental talent needs; manage recruitment by priority.
Update hiring needs monthly based on departures and transfers; monitor recruitment progress and results.
3. Administrative Management
Provide administrative and logistical support based on product line needs.
Policy Management – Assist in formulating, optimizing, promoting, and implementing factory policies.
Training Coordination – Oversee annual training plan execution and business unit training implementation.
Logistics & General Affairs – Manage office supplies, fixed asset inventory, 5S, expense reimbursement, attendance, payroll adjustments, and welfare applications.
Travel & Accommodation – Coordinate flights, vehicles, hotels, and meal arrangements.
Client Reception – Organize and oversee customer visits and hospitality.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above; HR, Management, or related field preferred.
Language: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay (spoken and written); able to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
Experience: 8+ years of full-spectrum HR experience in the manufacturing industry, covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Availability: Willing to work overtime as required to meet business needs.
Crisis Management: Capable of handling emergencies and unexpected incidents calmly and effectively.
Cultural Adaptability: Strong adaptability in multicultural environments; able to work with and manage cross-cultural teams.
