Job summary

Ikano-Retail is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager for IPC Shopping Centre in Malaysia. You will partner with the Centre Manager and Management Team to translate business priorities into practical people actions, leading local people strategies, learning and development, and employee relations.

You will drive talent reviews, succession planning and development actions, coach managers, lead recruitment and employer branding, while ensuring compliant HR delivery and cost-efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Development or related discipline.
• At least five years of progressive HR experience with business partnering.
• Experience identifying development needs, designing and facilitating learning programmes and evaluating impact.
• Practical experience in talent reviews, succession planning and individual development planning.
• Strong employee relations experience with grievances, investigations and disciplinary cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on people priorities, workforce planning and organisational change.
• Identify learning needs and facilitate programmes to strengthen leadership and team performance.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning and development actions.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback and career conversations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and employer branding to attract talent and create a positive co-worker experience.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll validation, cost planning and office administration.
• Contribute to learning, talent management and leadership development across Ikano Centres.
