Job summary

IPC Shopping Centre is seeking a Human Resource Manager to partner with the Centre Manager and Management Team to translate business priorities into practical people actions. You will lead the local people agenda, strengthen learning, talent and leadership development, and manage employee relations while ensuring effective day-to-day HR delivery.

You will contribute to initiatives across Ikano Centres, partnering with the Ikano Centres HR Manager and HR community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least five years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience identifying learning needs, designing and facilitating learning programmes.
• Practical experience in talent reviews, succession planning and individual development planning.
• Strong employee relations experience with knowledge of employment legislation.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder skills.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on people priorities, workforce planning and organisational change.
• Identify learning needs and facilitate programmes to strengthen competence and leadership.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning and development actions to build a stronger talent pipeline.
• Coach managers on performance and career conversations, embedding leadership expectations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and employer branding to attract the right talent and create a positive co-worker experience.
• Strengthen engagement, inclusion and wellbeing using people data and feedback.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll validation, people cost planning and office administration.
• Manage grievances, misconduct investigations and disciplinary matters with fair processes.
• Contribute to people initiatives across Ikano Centres in partnership with the Ikano Centres HR Manager and HR community.
