Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full recruitment cycle, payroll processing, performance management, and employee relations. You will ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian law and maintain HR records.

This is a Human Resources Management position responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, overseeing compensation and benefits administration, implementing performance management systems, handling employee relations, ensuring HR compliance, and coordinating training and development initiatives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Oversee monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), employee attendance records, and benefit administration
Implement performance appraisal systems, drive performance improvement plans, and ensure fair and effective evaluations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes; foster a positive and harmonious work environment
Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements such as HRDF; maintain employee records and HR documentation
Identify training needs, organise skill-building programs, and coordinate employee engagement and culture-building activities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably with a broad generalist background
Familiar with recruitment, training, performance, payroll, and employee relations functions
Sound knowledge of Malaysian labour laws
