Job summary

MERISON (M) SDN BHD is seeking an HR/Payroll Supervisor to manage monthly payroll cycles, ensure compliance with statutory payments, monitor attendance and leave, and support onboarding and recruitment activities. The role covers processing payroll for local and foreign staff, generating reports, and maintaining HR records.

• Manage monthly payroll processing, including commissions, incentives, foreign worker payroll, and final salary.
• Handle statutory payments and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, CP22, and CP22A.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime (OT), and allowances.
• Prepare payroll reports, bank payment listings, and payroll cost reports.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, exit interviews, Employee ID creation, and Employment Pass matters.
• Support recruitment activities and other HR administrative functions.
