Job summary

YK Unite Point Agency in Johor Bahru is seeking an HR Officer to support recruitment, payroll and HR administration.

You will source candidates, screen and interview, manage employee records, and assist with payroll, attendance and leave processing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates throughout the process, and provide general admin support to daily HR operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
• Malaysian citizen with valid working status.
• Possess own transport and able to commute to Johor Bahru.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and follow-ups.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation and general HR administration.
• Assist with payroll processing, attendance and leave administration.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with daily HR operations.
