THE BUTCHERIE SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced retail environment in Kuching, Malaysia.

You will maintain employee records, assist onboarding/offboarding, manage attendance and payroll support, and prepare HR documents while handling employee inquiries. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration and be proficient in MS Office; payroll/system experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Payroll or HR system is an added advantage.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle attendance, leave records and support monthly payroll processing.
• Assist in HR documents such as contracts, letters and reports.
• Assist in training sessions and company activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
