Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. in Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The role requires collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll operations experience in a multinational environment and strong English communication. This contract position offers potential conversion at management discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years payroll operations knowledge in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, proactive and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
• Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll tasks for EMEA countries.
• Ensure payroll activities, processes and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.
• Responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Review, reconcile and analyse payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead investigation and resolution of payroll issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage payroll vendors to ensure payroll outputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
• Handle and resolve enquiries about pay and statutory related matter.
• Collaborate cross-functionality to achieve high-quality outcomes and deliverables.
• Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
