Borenos Fried Chicken is seeking an HR Operations professional in Sabah/Malaysia to manage manpower planning, rosters, payroll support, and attendance. The role requires a relevant degree and at least 1–2 years in HR operations, preferably in F&B or large-scale organizations.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication across diverse teams. You will handle monthly rosters, attendance verification, HR records, and coordination of staff housing where

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry or a large-scale organization (500+ employees).
• Solid understanding of HR principles, including employee relations, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
• Proficiency in payroll processing and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing HR documentation and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Plan and prepare monthly duty rosters for all outlets based on manpower requirements.
• Ensure sufficient manpower is scheduled for daily outlet operations.
• Monitor manpower shortages and coordinate staff arrangements or transfers when necessary.
• Monitor daily staff attendance
• Ensure attendance records are accurate and updated in the HR system.
• Source and arrange suitable hostels or accommodation for employees when required.
• Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
