Job summary

Hirehub is seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations for Malaysia and Singapore entities. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, leaves, attendance, payroll coordination, and maintain records with precision.

Experience in Singapore WP/EP matters and strong knowledge of both Malaysian and Singapore employment regulations are essential. You will liaise with authorities and vendors while supporting recruitment and HR reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally with Malaysia & Singapore operations.
• Hands-on experience with Singapore WP/EP matters is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian & Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
• Good command of English; BM and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Independent, responsible and discreet with confidential HR information.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for Malaysia and Singapore entities.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and records.
• Handle Singapore WP and EP applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
• Liaise with authorities, agencies, and external vendors on immigration & employment matters.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian & Singapore regulations.
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and manpower analyses.
• Support other HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
