SK Intellix Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking a motivated Junior Executive, Human Resources to support daily HR operations and learn across HR administration, benefits, HR systems and employee engagement.

The role is ideal for a fresh graduate aiming to develop practical HR skills, maintain accurate records, and assist with documentation, reporting and internal communications. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure confidentiality and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree requirement in HR/Business Admin/Management or related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and filing systems.
• Assist with HR documentation, reports and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with benefits administration and welfare programs.
• Provide general HR administrative support and task coordination.
