Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a People Services Intern to support the HR Operations team across the employee lifecycle, gaining hands-on exposure to HR administration, data management, systems, reporting and process improvement initiatives.

You will leverage HRIS platforms and data analytics to analyze metrics, support operational activities and help drive continuous process improvements, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to work within a deadline and take initiative.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Fluency in local language; English written and spoken preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support supervisor in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Assist in department administrative/ad hoc project coordination with stakeholders.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement using research.
• Coordinate, create and update project communication materials for events/programs.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating information into standard reports/documentations.
