Job summary

GSK Malaysia invites a driven Human Resource Intern to support the Employee Life Cycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will work on HRIS systems, maintain employee records, and engage with benefits administration in a fast-paced APAC hub.

You will gain hands-on experience in HR policies, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Tech teams, while learning from seasoned HR professionals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business Administration with HR focus (preferred).
• Must be enrolled at a university in Malaysia for the duration of studies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Internship duration Sept 2026 to Mar 2027 with live projects and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support and first-level resolution for employees and managers.
• Maintain HR operations databases (Workday / SAP) and employee records.
• Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
• Administer benefits programmes (health insurance enrolment, leave, retirement plans).
• Work on compensation, benefits, and HR policies with clear communication.
• Use dashboards and data analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Support HR process improvement initiatives related to employee life cycle.
