Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive HR Intern to support ongoing HR projects, process reviews, and data-driven reporting. You will gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, analytics, and dashboard development using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics or IS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Support review and improvement of HR processes with process mapping and documentation.
Assist in coordinating HR projects and initiatives like employee engagement and recognition programs.
Prepare presentations, communications, and project documents for stakeholders.
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Excel) to support reporting.
Conduct research on HR best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Provide administrative and basic project management support as required.
