Job summary

Genpact is hiring an HR Operation – Total Rewards Analyst to support the Total Rewards Lead and CoE for Greater Asia. The role emphasizes system expertise, data handling, and efficient payroll-related tasks in a dynamic, global environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for an Associate’s Degree, and prior experience in a shared services setting. Workday experience is highly desirable and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent; Associate’s Degree or equivalent or related specialized courses preferred.
• Experience working in a Shared services environment.
• Previous experience as a systems “super-user”

Responsibilities

• Become expert on the system/s supporting the Total Rewards group.
• Provide data/information to the Total Rewards lead, Total Rewards specialist and Total Rewards Center of Excellence as needed to address problems, solve questions or analyze efficiency or effectiveness.
• Perform tasks in support of the Total Rewards in accordance with standard operating procedures. This may include processing transactions in Workday or other systems, scheduling meetings, venues or travel, etc.
• Attend to associates benefits related types of enquiries i.e. Medical claim, Compensation related enquiries etc.
• Administer associates One Time Pay, allowances & data consolidation for payroll processing.
• Support special projects.
• Provide support to the Customer Interaction Center as required. This may include systems navigation, call script support, etc.
• Create written communications instructing users how to use systems.
