Job summary

VTS Property Collection Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Officer in Malaysia. The role involves collaborating with managers to understand skills, conducting background checks, and implementing orientation and recognition programs.

The successful candidate will manage compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and ensure labor law compliance, while handling inquiries from staff and contributing to policy reviews and HR development across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct or facilitate background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, and training and development.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; refer complex or sensitive matters.
• Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with labour laws and regulations; review policies and practices to ensure compliance.
