Job summary

VTS Property Collection Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Officer in Malaysia. The role involves collaborating with managers to understand skills, conducting background checks, and implementing orientation and recognition programs.

The successful candidate will manage compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and ensure labor law compliance, while handling inquiries from staff and contributing to policy reviews and HR development across the group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

To facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

Responsible to implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

Responsible to performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations as well as training and development.
