Job summary

Trio-Tech (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing as needed, and general HR administration.

You will organize training, assist in foreign worker administration, maintain employee records, and act as a reliable liaison for internal and external stakeholders while helping foster a positive, efficient office environment.

Qualifications

• STPM/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience (manufacturing & RBA a plus).
• Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with minimum supervision.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the full recruitment cycle including postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle HR admin tasks such as employee records, joining details, attendance, and payroll support.
• Organize training sessions and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in foreign worker administration.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee daily office operations, coordination of maintenance, and foster a positive work environment.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
