Job summary

Eco World Wellness (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an HR Officer to support end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment coordination, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.

You will manage employment documents, maintain confidential employee records, and administer attendance and leave, while ensuring policy and legal compliance. You will also assist with orientation, training, and HR inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
• Prepare employment-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
• Administer employee attendance, leave, and other HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee orientation, training programs, and staff development activities.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
