Job summary

KUFONG THERAPY CENTRE SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR professional to manage the full-cycle recruitment and payroll support in Sabah.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates through portals and referrals, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and handle offers and onboarding. You will also assist monthly payroll, maintain compensation records, ensure statutory compliance, and support HR administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment; payroll experience is an added advantage
• Proven experience in salary negotiation and offer management
• Strong understanding of compensation structures and payroll processes
• Good knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking employees and candidates
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Manage offer preparation and employment documentation
• Lead salary discussions and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary calculations
• Maintain employee compensation records and payroll data
• Support administration of benefits, allowances, incentives, and statutory contributions
• Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Prepare payroll-related reports when required
• Handle onboarding documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
