Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership in a large Malaysian organization.

You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, drive talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning while overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with a strong HRBP background.
• Experience in Shared Services, GBS, or COE environments.
• Experience developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Expertise in talent management and organizational design.
• Proven leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
