Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive or Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across subsidiaries. You will partner with the GM, Group HR Manager and departmental managers to deliver HR solutions on all talent related matters.
Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, safety compliance, and foreign worker management, with a focus on RBA compliance and timely payroll processing.

Accountable for full spectrum of subsidiaries Human Resource functions through strong business partnership with the GM, Group HR Manager & Departmental Managers to provide HR-to-business solutions on all talent related matters.
Responsible to lead and manage full spectrum of HR function including: -
Onboarding process including establishing a recruiting and interviewing program, creating job ads, candidate screening, reference checks, preparing employment contracts, completing mandatory corporate approval procedures.
overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits inclusive staff confirmation, promotion and performance appraisal.
to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company.
Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing. Managing and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality for the payout purpose. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Handle disciplinary issues, resolving employee's grievance, counselling employees to ensure employees are in line with the company culture and value.
Initiate engagement programs to enhance employee and employer relations and retain the best talents.
Responsible for FW application and hostel management.
Responsible for RBA external audit and ensure compliance all the time.
Handling insurance related issues and keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.
Liaising with external auditors & all government agencies to ensure adherence to local laws compliance.
Degree in Business/HR with 7-8 years experience in HR generalist role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast past environment.
Experience in RBA compliance is an added advantage.
