Job summary

MINISO (M) SDN BHD is seeking an HR advisory professional to support business lines including retail, product, marketing and supply chain. You will deliver targeted HR solutions, act as an HR advisor to business management, and support talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations and culture building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with proven track record of independently supporting business teams.
• Experience from large retail chain, FMCG or brand industries preferred.
• Experience in group, multi-format and cross-regional HR management is a plus.
• Well-versed in full HR spectrum with solid cases in recruitment, performance, employee relations and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep insight into the strategic goals and pain points of business lines and deliver targeted HR solutions
• Act as HR advisor for business management on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations and culture building
• Cooperate with recruitment team to hire middle and key roles and optimize recruitment process for timely onboarding of core talents
• Drive performance system implementation and support managers in performance interviews, coaching, and resolving performance issues
• Identify business training needs, roll out leadership development and succession plans, and coach managers on team and talent development
• Maintain good employee relations, mitigate labor risks, organize cultural activities to boost engagement, and ensure HR compliance
• Collaborate on salary reviews and incentive communication
• Analyze turnover, recruitment efficiency and other HR metrics to support business and HR strategy optimization
