Job summary

Tonasco Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Selangor seeks an HR professional to lead Learning Management and HR operations. You will manage LMS content, support hiring, attendance, payroll data, and onboarding, while fostering a culture of engagement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least one year in HR and strong digital skills, plus excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in MS Office and multimedia capabilities are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year HR experience.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and process-driven ways of working.
• Detail oriented, organized, analytical, digital savvy.
• Good interpersonal skill, team player and people oriented are essential skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; multimedia skills an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added skill.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of all Learning Management and Resources Management processes.
• Manage and qualify content for Learning Management System (LMS) aligning with business goals of company.
• Involve in all other HR areas such as Hiring process, HR system administration which includes staff attendance, leave administration, overtime management and data updates for payroll processing, and On/Offboarding processes
• Actively involve in arranging employees' activities to cultivate strong Company Culture and Employee Engagement
