Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR trainee to support daily HR operations while learning about policies and compliance.

You will assist in training programs, attendance, leave management, and employee records, gaining practical experience in HR documentation and employee inquiries.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, or any related field.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities and company events.
• Learn and support HR policies, procedures and compliance with labour laws.
• Assist in leave management, attendance tracking and employee records filing.
• Support HR documentation control and filing system (softcopy & hardcopy).
• Assist in handling general HR enquiries from employees.
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
