Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an HR Intern in Petaling Jaya to actively contribute on meaningful projects from Day 1. You will work on assessment, design, transition, and work-process improvements while gaining exposure to engagement, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, and development.

You'll lead assigned projects, receive ongoing coaching from your manager and team, and operate in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values diversity and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with graduation before December 2028.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aligned with functional/site objectives during internship.
• Deliver outputs such as reports, analyses, toolkits, or events by end of internship.
• Conduct research and coordinate logistics through appropriate channels.
