Job summary

Procter & Gamble (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites you to an intensive Brand Internship in Kuala Lumpur. You will participate in setting strategy, market analysis, and the design and execution of brand campaigns across media, digital, CRM, and PR, with exposure to regional and local campaigns.

From DAY 1, you’ll work on meaningful projects, co-lead new launches, and collaborate with diverse teams, with potential for a full-time role after successful internship completion.

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate with graduation year 2026/2027.
• Available for full-time internship in Klang Valley for 3 months or more.
• Brand/Marketing-related field preferred, but open to all.
• Visionary with strategic and fearless leadership skills.
• Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set goals and meet or exceed them.
• Ability to collaborate with others while maintaining integrity.

Responsibilities

• Co-leading a new launch or evaluating current strategies of a brand or product.
• Leading monthly market and brand analysis with multi-functional input.
• Design and execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR). Lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & follow up on execution.
• Co-leading the digital marketing on your brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, eCommerce).
• Co-developing Market and Initiative Reviews.
