Job summary

Procter & Gamble (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is offering an HR internship designed to develop future HR leaders.

You will work on meaningful projects spanning engagement, benefits and compensation, labor relations, recruiting, and training, gaining hands-on experience in a global consumer goods company. As an HR intern, you will partner with diverse teams, manage ownership of projects from Day 1, and receive coaching and formal training.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead projects that is linked to your functional, organizational unit, or site strategic objectives.
• Deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of your internship period (e.g. a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, an event etc.), and systematically attain the required resources to complete them.
• Implement any required research, information-gathering, logistics through the appropriate channels.

Job Qualifications

• Are currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree from any majors. Human Resources or Psychology Degree are highly preferred.
• Graduating before December 2028

• Know how to set priorities and deliver your commitments.
• Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment and has the ability to learn on the job.
• Has good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different situations and stakeholders.
