SUNTON POWER SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding and daily HR operations.

You will work closely with the HR and management teams, assist with attendance management and employee records, and help coordinate events across offices. This internship offers hands‑on exposure and potential for future employment based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong written and spoken English with good communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Able to handle confidential information professionally and work independently.
Internship of at least 3 months.

Responsabilités

Support recruitment activities for the Kuala Lumpur office, including job postings, candidate screening and interview arrangements.
Assist with onboarding, orientation and basic training for new employees and interns.
Monitor and update KL office attendance, punctuality, leave and employee records.
Handle general HR documentation and daily administrative duties.
Assist KL employees with HR and administrative enquiries.
Plan and coordinate company events, staff activities and internal arrangements.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management team.
