Job summary

Arvato Systems Malaysia invites dedicated interns to join its HR team. You will own onboarding workflows, assist HRIS maintenance, and help foster a positive work environment across the staff.

You will collaborate with vendors, support learning activities, and participate in team events under guided mentorship. Ideal candidates are final-semester undergraduates or postgraduates in HR or psychology with strong English communication and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Be an Undergraduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• CGPA 3.2 and above.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong team collaborative spirit with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of staff onboarding procedures, including new hires checklist and data entry prep.
• Provide HRIS maintenance support and create awareness via video content.
• Liaise with vendors on related matters or correspondence.
• Support learning and development activities.
• Contribute to fostering a positive working environment for all employees.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.
• Receive guidance and mentorship and be open to feedback.
