Job summary

Arvato Systems Malaysia invites an internship candidate in Human Resources to join a dynamic team. You will own staff onboarding procedures, assist with HRIS maintenance, and coordinate learning & development activities while helping cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment.

We seek final-semester undergraduates or postgraduates in HR or psychology with a CGPA of at least 3.2, strong written and spoken English, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Be an Undergraduate or Postgraduate who is in the final semester of your current Diploma/ Degree/ Master's in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of CGPA 3.2 and above.
• An excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A strong team collaborative spirit with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the staff on-boarding procedure including the new hires checklist, briefing, and preparing information for data entry.
• Provide support on HRIS maintenance and create awareness via video creation.
• Liaise with relevant vendors for any related matters or correspondence.
• Support in learning and development related activities.
• Contributing to fostering a positive working environment is provided to all employees.
• Participate in initiatives that support/enhance a positive work environment for employees (e.g., social activities, team events).
• Assist any other ad-hoc Human Resource matters as and when required.
