Qualificações

• Final semester in Diploma/ Degree/ Master in HR, psychology or related discipline.
• CGPA 3.2 or above.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own staff onboarding procedures, briefing and data entry preparations.
• Support HRIS maintenance and create awareness via video content.
• Coordinate with vendors for related matters and correspondence.
• Assist learning and development activities.
• Foster a positive working environment for all employees.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.
• Receive mentorship and be open to feedback and coaching.
