FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an junior-level HR Shared Services Support role to assist daily HRSSC operations, manage data, and drive automation initiatives.

The role involves handling invoices, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation, while learning new automation tools. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in HR, IT, or related fields, proficient in MS Office, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and explore automation tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Query, VBA, Python, or similar tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the HRSSC team in daily operational activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
