Job summary

Kitchen Solutions Consolidate is seeking a responsible HR Executive in Malaysia to manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions and support a positive, productive working environment.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll basics, compliance with Malaysia's Employment Act, and staff training, with 2–3 years HR experience and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Mature, responsible, well-organised and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
• Handle job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and hiring processes.
• Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain and update employee personal records and HR documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, medical leave and other employee matters.
• Handle employee benefits, insurance and other HR-related matters.
• Assist in managing staff performance, disciplinary matters and employee grievances.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other applicable Malaysian labour laws.
• Assist in preparing and updating company HR policies, procedures and staff handbook.
• Coordinate staff training, development and company activities.
